Order to close Tik Tok from today
PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (LHC) has ordered the closure of Leap Sinking App Tik Tak across the country today.
Judge Qasir Rasheed Khan of the Peshawar High Court held a hearing on the occasion which was attended by Director General Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Deputy Attorney General and counsel for the petitioner Nazar Muzaffar and Sara Ali. Present
During the hearing, Peshawar High Court Qaiser Rashid Khan remarked on the pieces which are not acceptable by this society. There are obscene fruits in society on the issue of pieces. ۔
The Peshawar High Court asked the DGPT whether it had closed the Tick Top application. GDG replied yes.
The DGPT informed the court that we had applied to the claimant tribes in pieces but have not yet received a positive reply.
In this incident, the Peshawar High Court said that when you apply for a solid tax, you do not have to cooperate to stop immoral content.
The court today ordered the closure of one-piece top applications across the country.
